With skill and creativity, inspired by the abundance of nature and using local and carefully selected ingredients, chef Adrian Boșcu prepares fresh and tasty dishes every day, inspired from Transylvania’s culinary traditions - Saxon, Hungarian and Romanian.
Because the dishes are freshly cooked daily, all meals have to be booked in advance. Both lunch and dinner are composed of three dishes that create a fixed daily menu, with seasonal ingredients. For guests with special requirements related to food allergies or intolerances, the menu is adapted. Likewise for children. In 2019, the restaurant was included in the prestigious gastronomic guide Gault&Millau Romania among the "Special Destinations" selected following the evaluation of the quality, creativity and authenticity of the culinary experience and the services offered.
