The Haferland Week Festival, the biggest event dedicated to the promotion of Saxon culture in Transylvania, returns in 2023 for the 11th edition.
🌿 We invite you to the authentic fairy tale land, in Oatland, to celebrate Saxon history and traditions, carefully preserved here, in the heart of the country.

16:00 - 16:30 - Traditional Saxon brass band Karpaten Express Stuttgart
16:30 - 17:00 - Speeches of the guests of honor
17:00 - 17:30 - Traditional dances with the Kulturwerk of the Association of Transylvanian Saxons in Germany
17:30 - 18:00 - Organ concert at the Fortified Church
18:00 - 20:00 - Visit to the organic cheese farm
- Visit to the buffalo microfarm
- Visit to the shepherd
- Visiting a traditional Transylvanian courtyard and presenting the sustainable construction of the Transylvanian house
16:00 - 20:00 - Exhibitions, workshops and tastings of local products
20:00 - Traditional Saxon ball in the Cultural Home
