The Haferland Week Festival, the biggest event dedicated to the promotion of Saxon culture in Transylvania, returns in 2023 for the 11th edition.
🌿 We invite you to the authentic fairy tale land, in Oatland, to celebrate Saxon history and traditions, carefully preserved here, in the heart of the country.

10:30 - 11:00 - Traditional Saxon brass band Karpaten Express Stuttgart
11:00 - 12:00 - Service in the fortified Church
12:00 - 13:00 - Speeches by the guests of honor
13:00 - 14:00 - Parade of Saxon costumes, brass band music and traditional Saxon dances
14:00 - 14:30 - Lecture: "The significance of neighborhoods to the Saxons in Criț" with Ruxandra Hurezean
14:30 - 15:30 - Brass band music and traditional Saxon dances
15:30 - 16:00 - Lecture on the influence of the Saxons on the Saxons
14:00 - 18:00 - Exhibitions, workshops, film screening
