On Saturday, April 22, we set off for the hills of Mediaș to pick wild garlic and observe/identify mushrooms.
The hike starts from the center of Mediaș and is designed both for those who want to cook with wild garlic in the next period (pesto, pasta, salad soup with the addition of wild garlic) and for those who want to learn a little more about mushrooms, with the mention that for picking we will only pick 2-3 species, if we meet them. (Lepista nuda, Macrolepiota procera, Laetiporus sulphureus).
