Sunday, 21.08.2022, at the Angofa School - Angofa Wildlife Centre, a story-telling lunch is announced with Sighisoara flavors of Mangalitza Food Art's mangalitsa meat products, Romanian wines, good vibes, biodiversity workshop and jazz music with Ana Maria Galea (voice) and Daniel Csikos (piano).
It is a complete culinary experience and a foray into a natural landscape that seems torn from a fairy tale, just 4 km from the medieval city of Sighisoara.
12.00 – Reception of guests with open bar
Still/sparkling water, soda, antler juice, lavender juice, dry white wine – Fetească regală, Villa Vinèa winery; dry rosé wine – La Plage blend, Rasova winery.
13.00 – Tasting of appetizers
Mangalitza salami, Mangalitza spicy salami, Mangalitza capocollo, Mangalitza bacon, Saschiz cheese, Saschiz cheese, tomatoes from Mălâncrav Gardens, bell pepper from Mălâncrav Gardens.
Dry white wine – Royal Fetească, Villa Vinèa winery; dry rosé wine – La Plage blend, Rasova winery.
14.00 – Guided walk in the heart of the flora and fauna of Angofa
16.00 – Story dinner
Cauldron with mangalița meat, Italian-style sweet salsa sauce and polenta.
Dry red wine - Fetească neagra Nomad, Aurelia Vişinescu winery.
17.30 – Inviting dessert
Pie with plums, lychee and seasonal fruits.
Adults: 270 lei (VAT included) / person.
Children under 12: free entry.
Children aged 12-18: get a 20% discount.
